Terms and Conditions for FileMaker Seminars
By selecting “Book now” you agree to the terms and conditions of the seminar.
If you are ordering multiple tickets another email will be sent to submit details for other attendees.
- Registration for the FileMaker Seminar (“Event”) can only be purchased from the FileMaker web store and are transferable upon written request by the original registrant prior to the Event. To submit a written request please click here. Written request to transfer to another seminar must be submitted a minimum of 48 hours before the event. If the event you wish to transfer to is sold out, FileMaker will be unable to transfer or refund your booking.
- FileMaker Training Series is available as a download file only.
- Registration fees are non refundable unless under circumstances as given in point 9 in these Terms and Conditions.
- The registration fee covers the one (1) day seminar as described in the promotion, tea, coffee, and light refreshments. Course notes will be provided to each participant and can be taken away at the end of the day. No lunch and no other equipment will be provided.
- Registration fees are in local currency.
- Event registration is not confirmed until full payment is received.
- FileMaker reserves the right to alter announced content, speakers, schedule, attendee materials, and all other elements without notice or obligation.
- FileMaker reserves the right to cancel the seminar with up to 48 hours notice before the Event, with the sole obligation to refund paid registration fees.
- FileMaker reserves the right to reschedule the Seminar in the event of circumstances forcing such rescheduling being beyond our control. In such cases, registrants will be eligible for either a full refund or be able to register for a Seminar on an alternative scheduled date.
- FileMaker reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone without reason.
- The use of audio or video recording devices or cameras by attendees is prohibited in all Event sessions.
- This offering is void wherever prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
